The article looks forward with the exam pattern and its details, notification updates and general instructions which have to be followed by each candidate of IBPS PO Examination. The candidate should meet the eligibility criteria for IBPS PO Examination and insist on the official notifications and advertisements.
As the exam is of Online mode, each candidate should follow the rules and instructions put forward by the Examination Authorities.
There are 5 major types of which the candidate should be aware while attending the online examination.
The answer will be considered for evaluation even if the question has been marked for review.
The candidate can click on the ">" arrow which appears to the left of the question palette to collapse the question palette (maximizing the size of the question window).
To view the question palette again, you can click on "<" which appears on the right side of the question window.
Steps need to be followed by the candidate (navigating to next question) is mentioned below.
The candidate just needs to 'Mouse-click' the specific icon for selecting the answer. If the candidate has any doubts regarding the chosen answer, either he/she can change the option or mark the same question for review. Every candidate must save their answers to respective questions before navigating to the next question.
The actions which should be followed in accordance with your need is tabled below.
After clicking the Save & Next button on the last question for a section each candidate will automatically be taken to the first question of the next section.
You can shuffle between tests and questions anytime during the examination as per your convenience.
On completion of test time, answers of the candidates would be saved automatically by the computer system even if they have not clicked the “Submit” button.
After the expiry of time, the candidates will not be able to attempt any question or check their answers.

Conduct of a re-examination is at the absolute discretion of IBPS. Candidates not willing to move or not willing to participate in the delayed process of test delivery shall be summarily rejected from the process. |

If such instances go undetected during the current selection process but are detected subsequently, such disqualification will take place with retrospective effect. Clarifications/decisions given / to be given by the Director, IBPS, regarding the Common Recruitment process shall be final and binding. |

Other items like Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, Any watch/Wrist Watch, Camera, Any metallic item, Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle (only transparent water bottle is allowed), Any other item which could be used for unfair means for hiding communication devices like camera, Bluetooth devices etc. After AarogyaSetu status display at the entry gate, candidates will be required to switch off their mobile phones, and deposit it at the designated location, to be collected while exiting. Any candidate who is found either copying or receiving or giving assistance will be disqualified. You are advised to avoid wearing ornaments like Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge, Brooch etc. |

At the time of examination or in a subsequent selection procedure, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of : (i) using unfair means or (ii)impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person or (iii) misbehaving in the examination hall or disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of contents of the test(s) or any information therein in whole or part thereof in any form or by any means, verbal or written, electronically or mechanically for any purpose or (iv) resorting to any irregular or improper means in connection with his/ her candidature or (v) obtaining support for his/ her candidature by unfair means, or (vi) carrying mobile phones or similar electronic devices of communication in the examination hall – such a candidate may, in addition to rendering himself/ herself liable to criminal prosecution, be liable: >> to be disqualified from the examination for which he/ she is a candidate. >> to be debarred either permanently or for a specified period from any examination conducted by IBPS. |
