About the course

In this course, students will be introduced to the fascinating world of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) to design and develop games, animations and applications using the latest technologies. AR is a technology that enhances our perception of the world around us by overlaying digital content onto real-world objects and environments, making it a powerful tool for creating immersive experiences. VR technology creates a fully immersive, digital environment that users can interact with through a headset or other device. VR allows users to feel as though they are completely transported to a different place or time, even though they are physically still in the real world. The course will be delivered through live lectures, hands-on activities, and collaborative projects, allowing students to learn and develop their skills in a fun and engaging environment. By the end of the course, students will have a solid understanding of AR-VR technologies and their applications, as well as the ability to create their own AR-VR applications from scratch. They will also have the opportunity to showcase their projects and share their ideas with their peers, giving them the confidence and skills to pursue further studies in metaverse technology and related fields. The subscribers can access the recorded video classes for a duration of six months after the LIVE sessions are concluded. E-certificates will be issued on the successful completion of the course.

Requirements

  • Aptitude to learn new technology.
  • Steady internet connection and a laptop (with an in-built camera or webcam)/PC with webcam to code and create live projects, headset/speakers with mic to interact with the trainer.
  • A mobile phone or tablet or iPad to test the projects.

Eligibility

We encourage learners who are genuinely interested in understanding the Metaverse and its implications. A curious mindset and a willingness to explore new concepts are essential.
