About the course

Mathematics forms an integral part of our everyday life as it deals with numbers, structures, space and change. Through the use of abstraction and logic, mathematics developed from counting, calculation, measurement, and the systematic study of the shapes and motions of physical objects.

Maths is known to be 'the mother of all sciences'. Life begins when a mother gives birth to her child. Likewise, Maths is the source of every subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Social philosophy. So without maths nothing can be learned.

Mathematics is a way of thinking and a way of organizing a logical proof. It is a wide branch of science which includes arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, and calculus. If and when Mathematics is removed, the backbone of our material civilization would collapse. So is the importance of Mathematics and its Pedagogies.
