Surely you can try for admission through KEAM route. You can also try to get admission through management quota also. But for KEAM exam, you need to write the ist paper comprising of Physics and Chemistry only for B.Pharm eligibility.

BSc food Technology requires additional post graduation or industry tuned internship. This course has lot of opportunities within India and abroad. Compared to BSC programme, B.Tech Food technology is good.Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Yoga and Natural therapy, Design, Fashion Technology, Economics, Management, Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, etc are good programmes. You can choose the programme based on your interest, aptitude and goal.
