The classes will be conducted live and the subscribers can access the recorded video classes of the live sessions for a duration of three months. After the successful completion of classes, e-certificates will be issued by Manorama Horizon.
Prerequisite
Not only is a stable internet connection and a device to access the class imperative but also a deep-seated attitude towards learning the art of yoga
