IBPS PO Notification 2020 was released by IBPS on 4th August 2020 to recruit eligible candidates for the post of Probability Officers (CRP-PO/MT-X) with 1417 vacancies across India and all the eligible candidates are given admit cards to attend the online examination. This article looks into the details of the IBPS PO Examination 2020 Admit Cards, Tentative Exam Centres of Preliminary and Main Exam and the rules need to be followed by the candidates.
IBPS PO Admit Card 2020
The IBPS exam (CRP-PO/MT-X) admit card constitutes all the required details related to the particular exam date, venue, roll number, etc. For the three phases for the exam (Prelims, Main and the Interview) separate admit card/call letter is released for each stage for the eligible candidates.
This includes:
>> The IBPS PO admit card for the preliminary examination shall be made available by October 2020 and for the Mains by November 2020.
>> Candidates shall be able to download the call letters from the official website.
>> After receiving the admit card, candidates must ensure that all the details present on it are correct.
>> In case of any doubts, candidates must immediately get in touch with the higher authorities and get them rectified at the earliest.
IBPS provides Candidate Grievance Redressal System where the candidates can register a complaint and can check the status of the complaint.
IBPS PO Exam Centres 2020
The list of exam cities was released separately for the preliminary exam and main exam along with the notification. The candidates could choose the exam centres while filling the application. The authority of the concerned examination will not accept any modifications for the change of exam centre.
The preliminary exam will be conducted in more than 200 cities and the mains exam will be held in over 100 cities.

Exam Check List and Instructions
(Rules related to Social Distancing Mode of Examination)
>> Candidates are required to report at the exam venue at least 15 minutes before the Reporting time.
>> All candidates will be checked with Thermo guns at the entry point for temperature.
>> Find the allotted seat to attend the online exam.
>> Candidates will be permitted to carry only certain items with them into the online exam centre.
* ID card in Original, Photocopy of ID Card, Scribe declaration form etc.
Wearing a mask is compulsory. If a candidate is availing services of a scribe, then scribe also should bring N95 Mask, sanitizer (50ml) Wearing a mask is compulsory for every candidate.
If a candidate is availing services of a scribe, then scribe also should bring their own Gloves.
Each candidate should have a ball-point pen for doing ROUGH WORK on the papers provided by the examiner and once the test is over, you MUST submit these sheets of paper by putting them in the designated drop box before leaving the exam hall and centre.
NB: Candidates should write your Registration Number and Roll No.on the rough sheets.
>> There are many objects which need to be avoided and general instructions which need to be followed by each candidate.
>> You can refer to the instructions from the Information handout provided by the official webpage of IBPS.
>> At the entry of the exam venue, each candidate should display the status of the risk factor of the candidate to the Security Guard.
>> Candidates must have Aarogya Setu App installed on his mobile phone.
>> Candidates with Moderate or High-Risk Status on Aarogya Setu will not be allowed entry. In case any of the responses in declaration suggest COVID 19 infection/symptoms, the candidate will not be permitted inside the exam venue.
[This instruction is also applicable to the scribe brought by the candidate]
>> In case, if a candidate does not have a smartphone, he/she will have to bring in a signed declaration to this effect (declaration form provided in Annexure-IV) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue.
>> After Aarogya Setu status display at the entry gate, candidates will be required to switch off their mobile phones, and deposit it at the designated location, to be collected while exiting.
