IBPS Probationary officers Examination is conducted to recruit Probationary Officers in Public sector banks in India. It is one of the most prestigious exams for young graduates who wish to join the banking sector in India.
Any applicant who aspires to join any of the participating organisations (Banks) as a Probationary Officer (PO)/ Management Trainee (MT) need to register for the Common Recruitment Process for probationary officers (CRP-PO/MT-X).
The selection procedure consists of 3 levels:
• Prelims(Online)
• Mains(Online)
• Interview
Interested candidates can apply for the IBPS PO exam through the official website after checking the eligibility criteria.
Candidates who qualify the Preliminary examination will be shortlisted and will have to appear for the Main examination.
Candidates who clear the Main examination will be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and co-ordinated by the Nodal Bank of each State/UT.
Provisional allotments will be made based on the final vacancies reported by the participating organisations.
